Keto Candy Corn Cake 💛🧡🤍 Only 2 net carbs per piece. This fall favorite candy has been reimagined as a super easy, low-carb cake! We created that famous yellow, orange & white layered appearance using only our yellow cake mix batter, some unsweetened pumpkin puree, and our cream cheese frosting. This recipe will make one 8x8" square cake, cut into 9 large squares.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bag FitBake yellow cake mix, prepared
- 1/4 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup FitBake cream cheese frosting
INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8x8" square baking pan with parchment paper. Prepare cake mix batter according to package instructions.

Separate half of the batter into a separate bowl. Add pumpkin to half of the batter and stir until smooth.

Layer the plain yellow cake batter into the pan first, and spread to cover the bottom of the pan. Top with the pumpkin batter layer, and spread again to cover evenly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

Spread with cream cheese frosting. Chill if desired for a more firm frosting layer.
