Keto Crumb Cake made using our yellow cake mix ✨Perfectly soft & moist cake with a delicious buttery cinnamon crumb topping. This recipe will yield one 8x8-inch pan of crumb cake.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bag Fit Bake yellow cake mix, prepared
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar-free sweetener
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.

Prepare yellow cake mix batter according to package instructions (ultra-rich & moist style is recommended for this recipe!)

Pour batter into the lined pan and spread evenly.

Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mix until evenly combined and crumbs have formed.

Sprinkle crumbs evenly over the cake batter.

Bake for 28-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out with moist crumbs. Allow to cool. Slice, and enjoy!
