INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bag FitBake chocolate cake mix
- 1/4 cup avocado oil or olive oil
- 3 large eggs
- ~1/2 cup FitBake vanilla buttercream frosting
INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine cake mix, oil, and eggs in a large bowl and stir until smooth. Refrigerate batter for 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a 1.5-inch cookie scoop to scoop batter onto baking sheet about 3 inches apart. Bake for 8-12 minutes, then allow to cool completely.

One by one, turn half of the little cakes upside-down, fill with vanilla frosting, then sandwich with another cake. Repeat until you have 8 whoopie pies. Enjoy!
