Keto Milk & Cookies Whoopie Pies made with only 5 ingredients 🍪🥛 Chocolate chip cookie cakes surround our creamy vanilla or cream cheese frosting (your choice!) for a heartwarming treat that will take you right back to the milk & cookies from your childhood. This recipe will make about 7 large whoopie pies.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bag FitBake yellow cake mix
- 3 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
- ~1/2 cup FitBake vanilla buttercream frosting or FitBake cream cheese frosting
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine cake mix, oil, and eggs in a large bowl and stir until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a 1.5-inch cookie scoop to scoop batter onto baking sheet about 3 inches apart. Flatten each ball. Bake for 8-12 minutes, then allow to cool completely.
One by one, turn half of the little cakes upside-down, fill with vanilla or cream cheese frosting, then sandwich with another cake. Repeat until you have 7 whoopie pies. Enjoy!
